Return and exchange principle:
Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer, if the host is functionally disabled due to non-human reasons and cannot be restored to normal use through technical maintenance, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange.
 
The following circumstances will not be processed for return or exchange:
1. The customer unilaterally selects the wrong product.
2. The customer''s unilateral change of product brand.
3. Products that are damaged by the customer''s designated transportation company.
4. Customers who pick up the goods and encounter damages should refuse to accept the goods when the goods are delivered in logistics and call our company.
5. Products that were damaged during the delivery of the customer to Foshan Nanhai Lili Machinery Co., Ltd.
6. The customer has already used the product, and the product cannot be sold again (including lack of packaging or accessories, etc.).
7. Any product with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage.
8. Products that are customized, modified and added specific text, logos, etc. to the product according to customer requirements.
9. For non-host functional obstacles (accessories, etc.) caused by non-human factors, we will repair or replace the accessories for you according to the specific situation, and we will not process the return or exchange of the whole machine for the time being.

 

Troubleshooting:
For quality problems caused by our company, we will reply clearly within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and arrive at the site for free maintenance within 48 hours if necessary.
For quality problems that are not caused by our company, the maintenance plan will be determined within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and the paid maintenance will be arrived at the site within 48 hours when necessary.

 

Quality insurance:
The warranty period is within one month from the date of purchase.
If the date of purchase of the product cannot be provided, the warranty date shall be within two months from the date of manufacture of the product.
