The gasoline engine has insufficient power or fires

Check whether the carburetor, air filter, igniter and spark plug are normal.
Gasoline engine no-load load cruise

Check whether the oil circuit and carburetor are not supplied with oil.
Welder cannot spot welding

Check if the oil circuit unidirectional pilot, carburetor, igniter and spark plug are normal.
Welding machine voltage is not enough

Check whether the rectifier, diode, carbon brush, electric ball, transfer switch are in good condition or the line connection is bad.
Welding machine is out of electricity

Check whether the AC voltage of the flywheel excitation coil is 16-18V; then check whether the rectifier AC voltage 16V converted DC voltage 18V is normal.
Welding machine current is not enough

Check whether the AC voltage and DC voltage are normal, and whether the rectifier diode speed is 3600 rpm.
Generator automatic shutdown

Check whether the oil is enough, check whether the unidirectional pilot is normal, and check whether the igniter is open.
The generator has no electricity

Check whether the carbon brush is in good contact, and then check whether the AVR (voltage regulator) is broken or the motor is broken.
Generator rebound

Check whether the valve clearance is adjusted or the cam is damaged.
The generator cannot be pulled

Check whether the oil circuit, igniter, spark plug and carburetor are not supplied with oil.
