In order to enable consumers to use our products with confidence and satisfaction, our company will reasonably formulate the company''s after-sales service system in accordance with relevant regulations.

 

 

  Foshan Nanhai Lili Machinery Co., Ltd. guarantees free repairs to a series of products with defective parts or technical defects to original buyers. From the date of purchase, under the conditions of normal use and maintenance and the conditions, warranty time, restrictions and exclusions listed below, Lili Company agrees to free repair or replacement of parts judged to be defective by Lili, after disassembly Unqualified parts will be owned by Lili Company. This free warranty clause is only applicable to the original purchaser who used it in the country, and the free warranty clause will become invalid if the product is resold. For consumers who are not satisfied with free replacement or free warranty services, our company still provides technical services and charges appropriate fees.

  In order to ensure that the free warranty is valid, the user must provide a warranty card and fill in the date of purchase, product model and product serial number in order to obtain warranty service.

  The user must prove the reasonable maintenance and use of Lili equipment, and perform preventive maintenance, storage, and use of fuel and engine oil in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. If there is any problem with the product during the warranty period, the user must send the equipment to our company at his own expense for warranty and arrange the return of the repaired equipment.

 

The warranty period is within one month from the date of purchase.

If the date of purchase of the product cannot be provided, the warranty date shall be within two months from the date of manufacture of the product.

One of the following conditions cannot enjoy free warranty service

 

Failure caused by the use of contaminated fuel, oil, or low or lack of oil.

Failure caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, abuse, negligence or incorrect use. Lili''s products require regular replacement of parts, and free warranty services are not provided for parts whose normal service life has expired.

Failure caused by overload

Failure caused by unauthorized modification by a third party.

Products that have replaced non-Lili parts

Failure due to external causes or natural disasters, including but not limited to politics, theft, vandalism, war, fire, snow, lightning, earthquake, storm, hail, water, flood, tornado or hurricane, etc.

Suffer from the erosion of rodents and/or insects.

Malfunction caused by drugs, salt damage, etc.

Diagnose and repair by individuals other than Lili authorized agents.

Any incidental or indirect damage caused by defects in materials and workmanship, or any delayed repair or replacement of defective parts

Normal maintenance and adjustment costs.

In the current season can not use the related costs incurred.

In the "Customer Instructions" or "Troubleshooting" did not find the related costs caused by the problem.

Telephone, mobile phone, fax, Internet access, or other communication costs.

Overnight shipping or special shipping charges for replacement parts.
